Explanation of Buttons in the Contacts Section

Below is an explanation of each button in the Customers section of the CMS:

1. Download Customers
   This button allows you to download your entire contact database to your device.
   The file is typically exported in CSV format for backup or external use.

2. Import Contacts (CSV Upload)
   This button allows you to upload a CSV file to add multiple contacts to your CMS at once.
   Use this option when you want to import an existing contact database.

3. Add New Contact
   This button allows you to manually add a single contact to the system.
   You can only add one contact at a time using this option.
