The New Lead System

We've Revamped Our Lead System:

It all starts with the new lead notification email:

Every 5 minutes, our system will check for new leads, and send notifications to all the admins of the agencies.

The email notification contains

  1. The notification that the client received a new lead.
  2. A link to view the lead.
  3. A link to sign up for sms notifications if the customer isn't already receiving them.



The SMS Notification Contains a link to the lead view.

When you click the link to view a lead, you will be brought to the lead view page.

The Lead View Contains The Following Sections:

Always Present:

  1. Customer Details
  2. Technical Details

Present only when applicable to the lead:

  1. Trip Details
  2. Custom Form Data
  3. Agent Information


When you click the link to subscribe to sms notifications you will be brought to the signup page:

Enter a valid cellphone number into the field and you will automatically be subscribed to the lead notifications.
