Tags:
Tags are used to place the content into specific locations on the site. eg. the tag "Groups" could place the content under the Groups section of your site. A comma must be inserted after each tag.
Publish Status:
There are 4 options:
Set Expiration Date:
This will allow you to determine when the content will be removed from your site (it will still be accessible from the back-end, but will no longer be on the site).
Attach one or more photos:
This will allow you to choose photos and assign a "Primary Photo" to a piece of content, The first image (pirmary photo) will be the preview image for the piece of content, and will be the first image on the content page.
Attach a video from Youtube or Vimeo:
This will allow you to attach a video from these sites using the video link (URL).
Author:
This will be noted as the person who created the post.
Location:
The destination/location relevant to the post.
Date Created:
The date the post was created.
Order:
This will for a small number of items, order them on a specific page.
Adjust Permalink:
This will allow you to change the link(URL) of the post.
Link (URL) to other site:
This will allow you to insert a link from an external site.
Language:
The language of the post.
Attachments:
The pictures and videos attached will show here, the one that has a red "Primary" under it is the current primary image. You can simply click a different "Primary" to switch, you can also remove images by clicking the "x" beside "Primary".
