User Roles and Permissions

When creating a new user, you can assign one of the following three roles:

  • Admin

  • Employee

  • Customer/Contact

The table below outlines the permissions and access rights associated with each role.

Please note that Customers do not have system access. They only receive email notifications with links to view or download PDF documents.

Admin Access to CMS Platforms

Only users with the Admin role can be added to the Team Admin.

Admins who are assigned to one of the team may have additional or different access permissions depending on the team they belong to.
